Chapters

Sport-SOS has local chapter leader and media associate position openings across North America and around the world:
  • All chapters and associates are independent, self-sustaining organizations based in their geographic location, key market or charity segment;
  • Individuals, companies and organizations that meet our criteria are invited to become our chapter leaders;
  • All chapters and associates have cause-related educational focus and mission consistent with Sport-SOS;
  • Sport-SOS chapters are led and managed by volunteers. These leaders are the people who start chapters in their local community, geographic or niche market segment and keep them going;
  • Most chapters have a mix of volunteers. Chapters do not charge fees from their associates and have no bank accounts.
When you volunteer for a Sport-SOS Chapter, you will enjoy opportunities to:
  • Practice skills that may not be utilized in your current workplace;
  • Learn about cause-related youth sports business;
  • Make valuable professional contacts;
  • Become recognized by your peers, local community or market segment;
  • Advance your profession;
  • Be a decision-maker and influence the chapter's work;
  • Build your college or business volunteer resume;
  • Have fun!
